When the Lord calls a man on a journey, His purpose is always the priority. And so, He finds us a part to play and a path to walk right in the middle of all that. Each generation has an assignment and each person has a message. But all of those fit nicely together into one grand plot. What He calls us to do is not in isolation. It is to advance the legacy of the faith and deepen the springs of water running across the earth stream by stream — generation by generation. The journey of faith to faith is taking the baton and handing it over.

There are many treasures that God still has in stock for humanity. He is eagerly waiting for Sons to ask, receive, imbibe, personify and execute these mandates. And when we do ask, His intention is more than using us. He wants to make us. Jesus never used the Apostles to fish for men, He made them the fishers of men. So beyond what they did, they became. And when we look back today, these men are monuments in the faith. They mark times and seasons. Like the stars in the sky that we are, this is our call.

Our walk with God transcends us. We need our eyes fixed on the prize — Jesus. If we look back, we become pillars of salt — used. But if we focus on Jesus and the Kingdom, we become pillars in His temple. We become reference points for generations. God wants to make us become so much that He can literarily speak to someone by just showing them a vision or dream of us. When we hear the God of Abraham, we know a nation is about to be born. When We hear God of Issac, we know we are about to defy famine. When we hear Your God, what is the message God will pass on?
